What films and videos are included in the Winter Edition pass?
You can access all the films detailed in the program tab available here: https://mountainsonstage-winteredition-euro.festivee.com/programme-en-euro
You also have access to bonus videos made in collaboration with the protagonists. All these videos are accessible without limited restrictions as long as the festival is online. The festival will be live from 9th to the 31st December 2020 included.
In what language is the viewing available?
The films are available in the original version with English subtitles. It happens that the subtitles are not automatically activated. In that case, you have to click on the “CC” icon at the bottom right and then select “English”.
How long will the streaming be available?
We extended the streaming availability. You can now buy your pass for the Winter Edition until December 31st. The videos will be accessible from the 9th to the 31st of December 2020. You can watch them without restrictions during this period of time.
What kind of quality can I expect when streaming?
Our site uses adaptive bit-rate streaming to deliver the highest quality media that your internet connection and device can handle. Optimally, you'll see a high-definition picture up to 1080p with stereo audio. While you're streaming, we'll monitor your bandwidth to make certain you're getting the best stream possible - if your connection and/or device require, we'll adapt send an appropriate stream to optimize your viewing experience.
What devices can I watch these titles on?
Titles can be watched on your computer browser, tablet, or smartphone. If you wish to watch it on a TV, you must be equipped with an HDMI cable or other device allowing you to connect your computer to your TV.
How can I watch the movies and bonus videos from the Winter Edition?
To access the videos, you have to follow these steps:
- Create an account on our streaming platform available here: https://mountainsonstage-winteredition-euro.festivee.com/winteredition2020-en-euro
- Click on "book your pass" and follow the payment instructions.
- Once you purchased your pass, you can access all the videos by logging in to the account used for the purchase. If you already purchased a pass, you just have to log in to access the videos.
To watch the films, you have two options:
- enjoy all the films and videos without interruption by watching the Winter Edition Package.
- You can also watch the film individually and without restrictions until 31st December. To do so, go to the "WATCH THE FILMS" tab, simply click on the films to watch them.
Can I watch the films individually?
This year, all options are possible! Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the festival and enjoy all the films and videos without interruption by watching the Winter Edition Package. Feel like watching these crazy adventures over and over again? Great! You can also watch the film individually and without restrictions until 31st December.
How can I use a valid voucher?
If you have a valid discount code, simply go to this link and enter the code in the "Discount code" box, and press "+". You will then be redirected to the home page. If the code has worked well, the discount will automatically be taken into account on the price displayed. If you have a code that should normally be valid but does not work, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected].
Why can’t I access the streaming even though I purchased it?
- We have two different English websites (one in euro and the other one in pounds sterling). If you purchase a pass in pounds, then you have to log in on this website: https://mountainsonstage.festivee.com/
- Is it possible that you purchased the film under a different account? In order to access your purchase, you must be logged in to the same account you used to purchase the pass originally. It is possible that there is a typo error in your email address. You can contact us directly so that we can check your account.
- The charge may be pending. If your billing statement doesn’t indicate that the charge went through successfully yet, it’s possible that the charge is still awaiting authorization. In this case, if the charge doesn’t go through successfully, it will eventually clear from your billing statement.
I had additional banking fees that I didn’t expect
A limited number of people informed us that they had additional banking fees due to payment outside the eurozone. The amount depends on the bank.
If you are in this case, please note that this was obviously not our intention and that we are currently solving this problem with our service providers. Please write to us directly at [email protected] specifying the amount charged so that we can refund you.
